Holiday House Exit Clean, Sofa Bed use will incur added $50 rates

Deposit is required at the time of booking dates

A security deposit is required in the form of credit card authorisation form and Personal ID required. Your card will not be charged unless damage or excess cleaning is required.

Complimentary (no rates charged)  Wifi is provided. You will require your own device.

Local Tax for Monflanquin Village is required by French Law. The fee 1.60 Euro is charged per person/per night (excluding children) and is to be paid in cash at the holiday house.

As much as we love fur baby's unfortunately your beloved pets are not permitted to stay at My Little French House holiday house

Smoking is not permitted within the property

The house is rented out weekly with change over days falling on a Saturday. You are renting Saturday - Saturday.

* If there are no bookings either side of your stay, I am happy for early or late check out at My Little French House Holiday House with prior discussion.

Your booking deposit is not refundable, nor transferable under any circumstances. Rental Payment is non refundable nor transferable on cancellations made within 14 weeks of booking date under any circumstances. Please ensure you take out travel insurance prior to booking your holiday and stay at My Little French House Holiday House .

Full and final payment is due 14 weeks prior to your booking date. Bookings made within 14 weeks of holiday date are payable in full at the time of the booking.
